Configuring Voicemail Forwarding
Using Karrier One Dashboard
Navigate to My Services
Go to https://dashboard.karrier.one/home/dashboard and click on "My Services".
Select Your KNS Number
Click the dropdown arrow next to the phone number you wish to configure.
Access Voicemail Settings
Click "Configure voicemail forwarding".
Enter Forwarding Email
Click on the "Enter Email" field.
Type in your email address.
Save Configuration
Click "Configure" to save your voicemail forwarding settings.
Success! Your voicemail will now be forwarded to your email.
