Each radio comes with their own set of instructions. If further assistance is required, Karrier One can be contacted for support through any of our communication channels.

Although it is much more recommended to plug your radio into a direct connection, your radio will still operate efficiently if connected through an extension cord.

To verify that your radio is connected, login to the Karrier One Dashboard to check the status of your radio.
